By accessing any areas of the Warm Sensations and other related websites, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below. If you don’t agree to abide by these terms & conditions, you should immediately leave this website. We reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms & conditions without prior notice.

The products items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once we have received your payment. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.
The prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification.

Warm Sensations accepts internet banking, Credit card via Stripe, or cash on collect. Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Once you have placed the order and clicked the submit button you are under contract to purchase the order. If the direct deposit method of payment is chosen, we will hold your order for 5 days before cancelling it if payment is not received. If successive orders are placed and remain unpaid Warm Sensations reserves the right to refuse any future order and business dealings.

Warm Sensations offers deliveries to most major areas of New Zealand by courier. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery. Deliveries will not be left on your premises if no-one is home unless you expressly request it when you check out. If you are comfortable for the goods to be left if no-one is home, please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed. If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot. If redelivery is attempted, you may be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us directly if you’d like to make alternative delivery arrangements. For security reasons we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pickup point, please provide the physical address, not the PO box.
All items purchased from Warm Sensations are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5 business days for shipment. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

If an item is obviously faulty, or we sent you the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us to discuss the matter within 7 days. Please send pictures to support your claim if possible.

If you chose the wrong item, made a mistake, or simply don’t like your item we may (on a case by case basis) offer a store credit to the value purchased, less a 20% restocking fee, providing that the goods are returned to us in original condition (you will need to pay the cost of return). If in doubt, buy a small sample size to start with.

If returning unwanted items, please email us first to check that we will accept your return. Your items must be returned with a copy of the original invoice. Requests for returns/credits must be made within 1 month of purchase.

In the case of breakages, we may at our discretion send a replacement item/s with your next order. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Warm Sensations within 2 days of receipt of goods.

Warm Sensations sells all products under the recognition that once they are used for the purpose of purchase we are no longer held responsible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser once they take possession of all goods to ensure their products are suitable for safe and proper use.
In the case of products being manufactured for resale using ingredients purchased from Warm Sensations we shall not be liable for any damages, returns or claims resulting from the sale of finished products. Should any dispute arise over the performance of supplies and/or ingredients once made into finished product, independent testing will be conducted to determine the cause and the customer shall be liable for the cost of such testing should the fault be proven to be due to poor craftsmanship or any other contributing factor outside of Warm Sensations control.

Order cancellations must be put in writing. To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to warmsensationsr18@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.
